Shipping Information

For International Orders

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges (Within Pakistan)
• Rs. 200 courier fee on orders below PKR 2,000
• Couriers Used:
M&P (Pvt) Ltd., Swyft Logistics, Rider Logistics, Trax Logistics, PostEx, PLA

We make every effort to dispatch orders as soon as possible and continuously work to reduce delivery times.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, payment will be collected from your shipping address by the courier company.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
(Please check your Junk/Spam folder as well.)

How to Exchange Your Item
1. Complete the Exchange Form
If you wish to exchange any product from your online order, please fill out the Exchange Form and include it with your return parcel.
2. Don’t Have an Exchange Form?
Click the link on our website to download it.
3. Repack the Merchandise
Make sure the item(s) you want to exchange are properly packed, along with the completed Exchange Form.

Exchange Policy for Online Purchases
• We gladly accept any unworn, unused merchandise with original tags purchased from our online store.
• Items must be sent back within 3 days of purchase for an exchange.
• Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Once your returned item is received and approved, a coupon code of the returned product’s value will be issued to you.
• The coupon code can be used only on our website.
• If the product was purchased during a discount, sale, or promotion, the exchange will be processed at current market price.
• Articles purchased via “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” cannot be exchanged unless they are paid items from the order.
• Items must be completely unused and returned within 15 days.
• Products purchased from our outlet/physical store cannot be exchanged from the online store due to different systems.
